＊「Nothing worth fighting for was ever won without sacrifice.」は聞いてすぐに意味を理解できない人もいるかと思うので、分解して考えると理解しやすいと思います。

・「Nothing was ever won.」→「何も得られないだろう」
・「Noghing 何も」を「worth fighting for　闘う価値がある」で説明している。→「闘う価値がるものは何も」
・「Nothing was ever won.何も得られないだろう」を「without sacrifice 犠牲なしに」で説明している。→「犠牲なしでは何も得られないだろう」

これを繋げると、「犠牲なしでは戦う価値があるほどのものなんて得ることはできない」となる。
